Luis Bach

Founding Partner

Over 45 years of executive and board experience in global consumer goods and beverages. Career spanning Martini & Rossi Group (1978–1992), Bacardi (1992–2007) as Director EMEA and India, and Chairman & CEO of Orangina Schweppes (2007–2014).

As Chairman & CEO of Orangina Schweppes, Luis led the full strategic and operational transformation of the group — revitalising its brand portfolio, redesigning its route-to-market model, and broadening its international footprint across Europe and beyond. The group was subsequently acquired by Suntory Holdings in 2010 — a transaction recognised as Exit of the Year at the Private Equity Awards.

At Bacardi, Luis spent 15 years as Director EMEA and India, overseeing the group's commercial strategy and operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Indian subcontinent — managing one of the world's most geographically complex spirits portfolios through a sustained period of brand growth and market expansion.

At Martini & Rossi, held successive Managing Director roles across Portugal (1982–85), Brazil (1985–88), Latin America (1988–90), and France (1990–92) — building deep international general management experience across four markets on three continents.

Current board mandates: Chairman, Stock Spirits Group (Warsaw & Luxembourg) · Board Member, Grupo AGORA (Zaragoza) · Board Member, Teresa Carles Holdings (Apr 2026–present). Former Chairman of the Board at Refresco, Samson & Surrey, and Daler-Rowney; board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at TOUS Jewelry; board roles at Telepizza and Coveris Group; and 3 years as Board Member at Suntory Holdings.

Orangina Schweppes — Group Transformation & Leadership

Served as Chairman & CEO of Orangina Schweppes from 2007 to 2014, leading the group through a strategic transformation of its brand portfolio, route-to-market model, and international footprint. The role spanned two ownership periods: under Blackstone and Lion Capital, during which the company was built and repositioned, culminating in its acquisition by Suntory Holdings in 2010 — recognised as Exit of the Year at the Private Equity Awards — and continued post-acquisition as the group was integrated into Suntory's global beverages portfolio.

Served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Refresco (Rotterdam) from 2018 to 2022, during which the company was owned by PAI Partners and British Columbia Investment. Supported the company's growth into one of the world's largest contract manufacturers of soft drinks and waters — culminating in a successful exit through the sale of the company to KKR.
